Cons: Staff are constantly manipulated and overworked. Asked to come in on days off constantly, doesn't respect work/life balance at all and attempts to guilt trip you if you are unavailable. Constantly understaffed and refuses to hire more people. No support or proper training. Everyday required to do the work of 3-4 different people while being paid minimum wage. Pay is consistently late and wrong. Directly asks staff not to discuss wages in workplace in order for them not to uncover how unfairly wages are allocated. Not paid holiday rates or sick leave unless you ask. Tip amounts don't make any sense. Unsafe working environment and disrespectful management. Management don't listen to suggestions and gaslights staff. Don't work here.
