It was great during the golden age of Ancora back when AV was at the helm of operations.
Nice fun place to work. Can get really busy depending on the season. Very good tips for BOH staff. Everything is made from scratch, in-house, so lots of learning opportunities. Coworkers are very nice and helpful.

The people that work there are the only good thing about it, the company as a whole is a disorganized mess. No communication from management, no direction, and the place needs an update desperately.

They didn’t seem open to listening about anything. Nor did they seem to care about a safe and fun work culture.
Pros: A flexible work schedule and a lovely GM.
Cons: Similar to the other review, the owner has too heavy of a hand to allow managers to reach the full potential reach and popularity that the bar & restaurant could have.
Pros: The staff and flexible schedule. The money can be wicked during sports season
Con: Owner is a little too involved. The place would thrive with a little less micromanagement from the higher ups.
