Location

Work environment and coworkers are good, standard restaurant procedures but the owner at Bayview location is very hostile and demanding. Easily loses his temper over rush hours and honest mistakes. Demands 7 day shifts.

Depends entirely on the owner. The owner at my restaurant overworked employees, often asking for 7 shifts a week and had intense blow-ups over small mistakes. There aren't many advancement opportunities as owner was not willing to promote anyone. ...
