Read Moremost of the tips went to servers and managers. Managers are not very approachable. Hours are also very unpredictable and they frequently deny time off. Despite all of this it's decent if you aren't too picky.
Lack of communication and a lot of empty words constantly made me feel more of an annoyance to them more than anything.
You make money in the summer but the management team is horrible. All they are about is labor. They don't communicate, also lost our GM and AGM within a year. Most of the good management team left. The new managers have no idea what they are doing...

If you are part-time, good luck getting any hours. Only busy when it is sunny and warm, and patio opened. Dead after 8pm. Management only cares to reduce more hours and doesn't communicate well to it's servers.
Working at Bridges was great. The patio is incredible in the summers. Slows down a lot in the winter but I'm sure the new renovated building will keep it busier this winter.
Very busy with not enough cooks, we made it work with a good team but I was there for upwards of 12 hours a day.
