Lack of communication and a lot of empty words constantly made me feel more of an annoyance to them more than anything.

A typical day at tap for me was getting in 45 minutes to an hour before shift a day sitting down at the bar to grab some food before shift then working hard all shift with a great group of people. Often times after shift coworkers and I would either sit at the bar and have a few drinks together or go out together downtown.

I worked here full time for 2 years and it was easily the most chill yet structured restaurant workplace I’ve worked in. If you show up on time and work hard you will be rewarded. Shifts are fairly spread out and most people are full time now which shows the management improvement. Always a busy location so consistent hours.

Horrible unnecessary gossip with their "shift leaders", superiority complex throughout the roof. no regard for risk of sun stroke, lack of support in all ends. their power shuts down way too often. although their GM is great, tap&barrel culture is not it. average of 150-200 on a hot sunny day where you should be making 2-3 times that for the work you do.

You make money in the summer but the management team is horrible. All they are about is labor. They don't communicate, also lost our GM and AGM within a year. Most of the good management team left. The new managers have no idea what they are doing. The training was better during the open now its all over the place. You are def a body to make the managers/company money. Co workers are great tho.
