The people are amazing, coworkers and supervisors make every day great. I have a bunch of experience so the job was pretty easy. The 'busy-ness' of the place is very temperamental, a few days its packed, and a lot of others I have seen it barely squeak into double digits. If you need a place to work while you study, its as good as any other down town. If your trying to make a living or a career, I sadly have to say look elsewhere.

Worked at Par-Tee upstairs mostly. Chill environment. Could do more with it to make it busier, but it was a decent time. No real complaints. I worked there in winter so it was kind of dead.

this place is a revolving door of managers and staff there is no feeling of safety in your job you don't even have to do anything wrong they will fire you with out just cause and just pay you out so you don't sue, only way to succeed in this building is to kiss up to the right person and hope he doesn't find some shiny new person to take advantage of and kick you to the curb

Location is great and so are some of the coworkers, although there are some issues with greed as in most non tip sharing places. Management however is not great. Head office doesn't seem to know what it's like to run a real-life bar and it feels like you're more of a chess piece than an actual human being sometimes. No compassion, no advancement opportunities and no appreciation.

Way overstaffed with a tip pool. The team is great, the money is not.

Fun until it isnt. Sucks your soul. Use and dismiss culture. Does not take harassment claims seriously, rather cover it up. John suffers from little man syndrome. The rooftop patio is fun during the summer

The people you work with are pretty great and keep you going, the upper management is arguably some of the worst managing you might see in the city. The HR department (People & Culture) is neither parts confidential or effective, and tip transparency doesn’t exist. Don’t regret the time I spent but do not and would never suggest it.

Money is great, but the place falls short in management. Some of the previous managers were great, but new management is horrible. Hiring process in incredibly biased, and culture is very bad at the company.
