It's an okay place to work. Management is all over the place and good luck moving up if you're not a favourite. Besides that, tips are pretty decent if you have the floor to yourself or on weekends.

Decent place to work but not for everyone.

Decent bar to work at, functional and flexible. Some advancement opportunities if you fit the profile and style they're looking for. Overall poor management, definitely biased and out of touch. Good fit for some people, not for others.
