Not good for servers considering it's a premium restaurant, they do tip-pool (when you compare it to the places where you tip-out it's like 10-12% of your total sales which is INSANE). Since it's a tip-pool, support staff makes way more than in ot...

Not good for servers considering it's a premium restaurant, they do tip-pool (when you compare it to the places where you tip-out it's like 10-12% of your total sales which is INSANE). Since it's a tip-pool, support staff makes way more than in other places, so if you want to work as a host or bartender there, go for it. GM is a good guy, though.
