About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working in a fast-paced café or food service environment, a genuine passion for specialty coffee, and an appreciation for wine and café culture. You are customer-focused, emotionally intelligent, and excited to contribute to the growth and success of our café.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
Handle transactions and assist customers with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, following health and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during both peak and quieter hours
Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and new offerings to confidently recommend products to customers
Requirements Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality beverages and cleanliness
Good problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns professionally
Abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 10 kg
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience
Minimum 2 years of barista experience required
