We are currently seeking RESTAURANT MANAGERS for COAST Restaurant (1054 Alberni Street) that meet these key requirements:
•2+ years of relevant management experience
•Strong problem solving abilities, communication and inter-personal skills
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Ability to set priorities for self and others
•Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals
•'Hands-on' management style
•Exceptional leadership skills
•Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
•Technically competent with industry related forms of computer and electronic commerce
•As a Restaurant Manager, you could get a chance to play an important role on the Management Team to:
•Manage the restaurant within the policies and procedures of Glowbal Restaurant Group
•Ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization with operational and financial responsibility
•Directly perform hands-on work in managing full service restaurant operations
•Respond to customer service needs
•Role model leadership behaviors in the restaurant
•Recognize and motivate members of the team
•Coach and train the team towards individual success and operational excellence
