Responsible for assigning guest tables, taking phone calls, making reservations, managing the waitlist and responding to various questions. Administrative tasks also required from time to time as assigned by Management.
The candidate must have relevant experience working in a fine dining establishment working with high end clientele and/or customer service experience. Candidate must also possess the following.
- Strong organizational skills
- Great time management and multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
