We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team our Momofuku Toronto Team and assist in managing the restaurant operations.
What we expect from you!
You will need exceptional leadership skills with proven experience to control service and the floor for this high volume restaurant. Strong training and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high level of initiative to continuously improve the operations of the restaurant.
You will play a key role in working with the rest of your fellow management to drive and improve service by adhering to and improving restaurant policy and procedure with a focus on staff and guest satisfaction. You will assist with the ongoing recruitment and selection of your team while maintaining a strong focus on developing foh staff with a drive to further positive communication, motivation, and continuous training.

Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 plus benefits
