A fan-favourite among locals, this Tri-Cities Gastro Pub is searching for junior culinary talent excited to hone their skills and receive mentoring from an accomplished Red Seal Chef. Working alongside the Chef you’ll have the opportunity to devise and implement new systems and standards, participate in menu development, create recipe books, and develop financial acumen by tracking and controlling food & labour costs.
You are charismatic, gregarious, excited about all things culinary, and are known for your impressive work ethic. You bring at least 1 year of high-volume culinary experience, ideally from a mix of conceptual and independent environments. Ready to apply?
