RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to the Culinary Coach, Sous Chef, Head Chef
  • Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications
  • Maintain food quality
  • Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
  • Setting & restocking service stations

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Food Safe Level 1
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and maintain positive and professional attitude
  • Understanding various cooking methods, equipment and procedures

 

ASSETS:

  • Experience and training in the culinary industry

 

COMPENSATION:

  • $14.00 – $16.00 per hour based on experience
  • Complimentary meal provided per every 8-hour shift
  • Hourly employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits after a 6-month probationary period
