We operate directly on the shores of Shuswap Lake in Blind Bay, BC — one of the most beautiful summer destinations in the province. Our 200+ seat waterfront restaurant features a vibrant patio overlooking the lake, with boats docking steps away and sunsets that become part of evening service. The energy during peak season is busy, exciting, and genuinely fun.
We are part of a growing lakeside resort that includes a full-service marina and RV park, creating built-in seasonal traffic and a dynamic mix of guests. It’s a destination environment with strong volume — but it’s also a professionally run operation with structure, leadership, and long-term vision.
You’ll work hard during the season, but you’ll do it in a setting where lifestyle truly matters. When service ends, the lake is right there — boating, paddleboarding, hiking trails, and everything that makes summer in the Shuswap special.
If you’re looking for strong leadership opportunity, meaningful responsibility, and a place where work and lifestyle align, this is a rare opportunity.
