La Bomba Taco Bar & Grill in Bolton, Ontario, is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our vibrant team! We pride ourselves on delivering authentic Mexican cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel like family. We are looking for positions in Front-of- house roles.
We're looking for a friendly, experienced Bartender to join our team at La Bomba. In this role, you'll craft cocktails (including margaritas and other Mexican favorites), serve guests, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. You should have strong customer service skills, be Smart Serve certified, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs.
Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues and beyond to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
3-5+ years experience as a server or bartender.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
Must have Smart Serve Certification
