We're looking for passionate Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. Dishwasher/Prep Duties:
Wash, and help the prep team on portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
