Claudio’s Ristorante is seeking a professional, energetic Bartender who is equally comfortable behind the bar and supporting the dining room when needed. We are a busy Italian restaurant known for handmade pasta, thoughtful wines, and warm hospitality — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a team-first environment.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both crafting great drinks and delivering attentive table service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care
Maintaining strong knowledge of Italian wines and making thoughtful recommendations
Managing bar prep, inventory, cleanliness, and organization
Supporting the floor during service (running drinks/food, taking tables when needed, assisting with guest service)
Providing warm, professional hospitality from the moment guests arrive
Handling POS transactions accurately
What We’re Looking For:
1–3+ years experience in bartending and/or serving
Strong wine knowledge (Italian varietals are a major asset)
Confidence with classic cocktails and proper technique
Team-oriented mindset — willing to step in wherever needed
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Valid Serving It Right certification
