Claudio’s Ristorante is looking for a skilled, passionate Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We are a busy Italian restaurant focused on handmade pasta, regional wines, and traditional pizza crafted with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail.

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in dough, technique, and consistency — and who understands that great pizza is built on discipline, timing, and craft.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing, portioning, and managing pizza dough daily
• Overseeing fermentation, proofing, and dough consistency
• Stretching, topping, and baking pizzas to order
• Managing a high-temperature oven during service
• Maintaining consistency, speed, and quality under pressure
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of your station
• Working closely with the kitchen team for smooth service flow

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza cook (Italian -style experience is a must)
• Strong understanding of dough fermentation and handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Passion for traditional Italian pizza and ingredients
