Role Overview
- Offering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
- Having in-depth knowledge of our menu, including food items, wine selections, chef’s specialties.
- Relaying orders accurately to the bar and kitchen, noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Anticipating guest needs and creating a strong base of returning clientele.
- Completing opening and closing duties
- Keeping your station and the restaurant clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
