Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present cold appetizers, salads, charcuterie, and other cold dishes with an emphasis on creativity and quality.

Work closely with the executive chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency in presentation and taste.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Garde Manger station.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Garde Manger role or similar in a fine dining setting.

Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques, including charcuterie, salads, and plating.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

A team player with excellent communication skills.

Passionate about food, with a dedication to culinary excellence.
