Join Our Team at ZUBU Ramen – BOH Kitchen Leader (Full-Time)
Location: 4575 Central Blvd, Burnaby, BC
ZUBU Ramen Metrotown is looking for a reliable and experienced BOH Shift Supervisor to join our full-time kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a busy environment, and have a talent for leadership, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
* Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain the quality of all food items on the menu
* Oversee BOH team during shifts and delegate tasks effectively
* Handle inventory management and place orders as needed
* Assist with scheduling and training of kitchen staff
* Maintain daily operations and ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen
Compensation:
* Training Period: $18.85/hour
* Post-Training: Competitive wage based on experience and performance
