Job Description

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience 

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and Italian aperitivi

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven setting

• Confident, polished, and guest-focused personality

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar at all times

• ProServe certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining room

• Manage bar mise en place, inventory awareness, and cleanliness

• Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service

• Uphold Aurora Italiana’s service standards and brand values
