Job Description

We are seeking a professional, welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the front door experience

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow

• Communicate effectively with the service and management teams

• Answer guest questions regarding seating, reservations, and timing

• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable an asset)
