We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional team management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
-Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
-Supervise kitchen and front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
-Create staff schedules in line with labour budget.
-Control liquor inventory and has wine knowledge.
-Daily Sales Report & Weekly Reports submitted on time.
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
-Collaborate with chefs to create menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Skills
-Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.
-Golf course experience a plus.
-Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
-Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
-WSET1 preferred but not required.
-Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Experience with inventory management and cost control in a restaurant setting.
