Job Description

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 5 years or more
Tasks
• Advise clients on architectural reports and findings
• Consult clients to prepare contracts and project specifications
• Coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with established building specifications
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Present and explain proposals to clients
• Review project plans to approve or recommend design changes
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Manage contracts
• Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Oversee the preparation of reports
