-ability to work independently on tasks as assigned by head/ sous chef
-bond able with opening procedures and codes
-proficient knife skills and basic cooking techniques
-at least 2 years in a similar position
-Highly adept in recipe and par readings
-Is a consistent individual both personally and in business
-Has excellent time management skills
-Has a Team mentality
-Has excellent fore site ie) freezer pulls, mise en place, etc.
-Ability to adapt to new situations
-Willingness to learn and help with line execution and a la carte service
-Potential willingness to do the occasional night shift
3-4 Days a Week part time (~20-25 hours)
