Job Description

Avelo is a vegan tasting menu restaurant, with a mission to showcase the best of plant-based cuisine.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. As part of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in professional kitchens, with great attention to detail. A passion for plant-based cuisine is important. Experience with tasting menus is a plus, though we are open to considering a wide variety of culinary experience. You must be used to working under pressure while maintaining quality.
