Job Description

The MRG Group is pleased to be bringing a brand-new venue to life!

Gibbons Pub will be an Canadian-Irish pub with proper pints, live sports, and a team committed to delivering positive shareable experiences. It's a place to catch up with friends, settle in for the game, and stay a little longer than planned. 

This is a high-energy, high-volume space that offers an elevated space for big games, loud crowds, cold drinks, and food that hits every time. We’re looking for hospitality loving individuals who move with purpose, and share our love for creating positive sharable experiences.

Open Front of House Roles Include:

• Bartender
• Server
• Hostess

You thrive in environments that are:

• Fast-paced and high-volume (game nights, weekends, full rooms)
• Team-driven
• Guest-focused, without losing sight of speed and consistency
• Built on standards, not shortcuts

You bring:

• Previous hospitality experience is an asset!
• A passion for creating positive, shareable experiences
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Smart Server Certification (or ability to obtain)
