Job Description

• Greeting customers warmly when they arrive
• Managing seating arrangements and waitlists
• Escorting guests to tables
• Answering phone calls and taking reservations
• Handling customer inquiries politely
• Coordinating table rotation between servers
• Keeping the entrance and dining area organized
• Assisting servers during busy game nights or events
• Communicating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Providing a friendly first impression for guests
• Helping maintain cleanliness and customer flow
• Managing large group bookings or sports-event crowds
  Qualification- 
• High school diploma or currently studying (often preferred, not always mandatory)
• Basic English communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork and multitasking skills
• Basic phone and reservation handling skills
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred but many pubs hire beginners too).
