Queens Harbour is the most-booked restaurant in Canada. 23,000 square feet. Three full-service bars. Up to 3,000 guests walking through our doors every single day on Toronto's waterfront.
Behind every great service is a kitchen that doesn't break. We're looking for line cooks who thrive under pressure, take pride in their craft, and want to be part of something that operates at the highest level.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A cook who loves the rush. Someone who shows up ready, keeps their station dialed in, and holds the standard when it's 400 covers deep and the tickets aren't stopping. You don't wait to be told what needs doing. You see it, you do it, and you bring everyone around you up with you.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
WHAT YOU BRING
WHY QH?
Because the team is the reason we win.
At Queens Harbour, every person on this line knows what the person next to them needs ā and they deliver it before being asked. That's not a policy. That's just how we're built. When you're part of this crew you feel it from day one ā in the way we communicate, the way we grind through a brutal Saturday together, and the way we celebrate when we nail it.
You'll spend your summer at one of the most exciting spots in the city. Waterfront views, a packed house every night, and a kitchen that operates at a level most cooks never get to experience. That combination is rare. We know it. Come find out for yourself.

Queens Harbour is Toronto's most ambitious waterfront restaurant. At 23,000 square feet, it sits on the harbourfront featuring an interactive sushi bar, three unique cocktail bars, and Canada's largest retractable rooftop patio.
The restaurant was designed to invoke the feeling of escapism - and it shows. The menu blends Mediterranean and Asian influences into what the team calls MediterAsian cuisine, rooted in balance, and bold flavour, with dishes crafted to be shared and savoured.
For guests, it's become the destination the waterfront always needed. With its palm-frond decorated ceiling, central bar, tiled flooring, and abundance of indoor trees and plants, the space delivers on its promise ā a sprawling, 800-seat restaurant that draws people to the waterfront for reasons beyond a walk or a ferry.
For the people who work here, it's a place that moves. The volume is real, the standards are high, and the team is building something that Toronto is paying attention to. The brand is built on social dining, immersive experiences, and a vibrant atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from day to night. That energy starts and ends with the people on the floor.
