Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant / Busser to support our service team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. The ideal candidate will ensure tables are perfectly maintained, assist servers with guest needs, and help keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently according to fine dining standards

• Assist servers with delivering food, water service, bread service, and guest requests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and bar area

• Refill water glasses and assist in maintaining attentive table service

• Polish glassware, cutlery, and plates to ensure presentation standards are met

• Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

• Professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or dish racks for extended periods
