We are seeking an elegant, service-driven Fine Dining Server to join our team at a modern Indian luxury restaurant and cocktail bar. Our concept blends elevated Indian cuisine with curated cocktails, refined ambiance, and world-class hospitality.

What You Will Do
Provide polished, attentive, and personalized table service
Guide guests through our modern Indian menu and premium cocktail offerings
Deliver an elevated guest experience from welcome to farewell
Maintain deep knowledge of food ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings
Upsell premium dishes, tasting menus, and signature cocktails with confidence
Ensure tables are impeccably set and maintained throughout service
Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining (2+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of hospitality etiquette and luxury service standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident in describing dishes and recommending wine/cocktail pairings
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
Smart Serve (or local alcohol service certification)
Professional appearance and polished demeanor
