Job Description

• $130,000 - $150,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits!

• Oversee a portfolio of ICI projects!

This Top Tier GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including: Commercial, Industrial & Institutional, are seeking their Project Manager with a background in overseeing ICI Construction projects from inception to completion.

You would oversee a portfolio of ICI projects, whilst leading, mentoring & developing teams.

The role involves:

• Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile ICI construction projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Providing expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
• Developing and implementing project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints
• Leading and growing teams

Experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 10+ years Project Management experience
• Proven expertise overseeing Institutional/Commercial/Industrial or Retail projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
