Responsibilities
-An extension of the contracting team, the Onboarding and Administrative Training Specialist will work closely with the Manager of Contracting and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience for new advisors to the firm.
• The first internal point of contact for BDMs once all necessary onboarding requirements have been gathered.
• Provide advisors with guidance and training on the APEXA platform and related onboarding inquiries revolving around this platform.
• Responsible for Advisor Broker Management set up for all lines of business, apply applicable advisor tags, while also adding them to required reports.
• Responsible for Advisor Admin Broker Management set up for all lines of business.
• Create and manage Advisor and Assistant administrative platform credentials.
• Deliver Advisor and Admin training on all administrative platforms.
• Communicate with H/O staff regarding new advisors.
• Develop, manage and deliver new advisor training and administrative materials & guides (welcome package, admin support guides etc.) and email for all office locations.
• Effectively communicate advisor set up to contracting specialists while also helping to facilitate solutions for contracting related advisor concerns.
• Overrides, transfers of business, selling code issues etc.
• Work closely with the Illustration and Events Coordinator to plan and host annual administrative conference day.
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
