POSITION SUMMARY

The warehouse associate is responsible for picking, packing and shipping items relating to wholesaler orders. He/She handles requests for the marketing material required by the sales representatives. Finally, the warehouse associate takes care of receiving items and maintaining them in inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES FOR THIS JOB

• Pick, pack and ship all orders as per standard operating procedure of Valeo Pharma
• Process and receive all shipment of inventory or printed materials, as per standard operating procedure
• Process returns of inventory based on return authorizations issued to wholesalers
• Maintain inventory levels and replenish stock
• Assist in general warehouse duties

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) may be required.
• Sit-down Forklift / stand-up double reach forklift

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB

• General high school education degree completed
• Experience in a warehouse dealing with inventory and other warehouse activities
• English and French – oral and written
