Key Responsibilities
Enhancing the Fine Dining Experience
-Shape Block One into a must-visit dining destination, showcasing our unique wine offerings through innovative and seasonal culinary delights.
-Partner closely with our Executive Chef to develop a menu that seamlessly complements our wines, crafting memorable experiences for every guest.
-Refine the dining environment to cultivate a welcoming ambiance that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
Team Leadership and Development
-Recruit and lead a high-energy, dedicated team, fostering a sense of family and camaraderie that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork.
-Model exceptional service standards and soft skills on the floor, promoting genuine connections between the staff and guests.
-Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow within their roles and develop their individual contributions to our dining experience.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing reservations, staffing levels, and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
-Maintain high standards for table presentation, cleanliness, and overall dining ambiance to reflect a fine dining experience.
-Manage inventory and financial practices with care, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
Brand Advocacy and Community Engagement
- Build lasting relationships with guests, fostering an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and word-of-mouth recommendations.

Who You Are
- A seasoned hospitality professional with a minimum of 7 years of restaurant management experience, specifically in fine dining settings.
-Demonstrated expertise in serving at upscale restaurants, showcasing a deep understanding of the fine dining culture and practices.
-A natural leader who excels in creating a warm and inviting team environment, ensuring everyone feels like part of the family.
