We are currently looking for a Director of Service & Guest Relations to lead and elevate the front of house experience at our flagship restaurant. We are seeking a highly polished hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, builds lasting guest relationships, and sets the gold standard for service. This is a senior, guest-facing leadership role for someone who wants to be the visible face of the dining room and drive a culture of refined, memorable hospitality.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Director of Service & Guest Relations to lead and elevate the front of house experience at our flagship restaurant, Hydra Estiatorio. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing day to day dining room operations while setting the gold standard for service, guest engagement and brand consistency.

We are looking for a highly polished hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, builds lasting guest relationships, and drives a culture of refined, memorable hospitality. With a strong on site presence  including regular evenings, this role serves as the visible face of the dining room, championing service excellence, people leadership, and an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Leadership

  • Serve as the primary floor leader and guest ambassador during service

  • Create exceptional, personalized guest experiences

  • Build relationships with VIPs, regulars, and key partners

  • Lead guest recovery and service resolution with professionalism

  • Set the tone for hospitality, energy, and service presence

Service & Floor Operations

  • Lead and direct front-of-house service standards

  • Oversee service flow, pacing, and dining room execution

  • Run impactful pre-shift meetings and service briefings

  • Ensure consistency in sequence of service and presentation

  • Partner closely with culinary and bar leadership

Training & Standards

  • Develop and maintain FOH service SOPs

  • Train and coach staff on hospitality, product knowledge, and upselling

  • Mentor supervisors and senior servers

  • Drive continuous improvement in elevated service quality

Team & Business Support

  • Support FOH hiring and talent development

  • Assist with reservations strategy and VIP planning

  • Monitor guest feedback and online reputation

  • Align service delivery with brand standards and ownership vision




What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years leadership experience in upscale or fine dining

  • Strong Maître D’, Service Director, or Senior FOH background

  • Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills

  • Confident, composed, and highly professional floor presence

  • Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume service

  • Detail oriented with strong service standards knowledge

  • Natural relationship builder with guests and staff

  • Passion for hospitality and experience-driven dining

Compensation Range $110,000 - $120,000
