Job Description

We require a self driven and motivated person to call on existing clients as well as seek out new opportunities. The objective is to maintain existing business and further grow our business through Designers, Architects, Retailers and Contractors.

Your Attributes:

• Team Player
• Physically fit and able to lift tile samples
• Post-secondary education, preferably with a Business or Marketing/Sales

concentration or equivalent business experience

• Proven track record in the flooring industry
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Comfortable in meeting new people and developing new relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi task in a fast paced environment

Duties of the role:

• Selling, growing and promoting the Julian Tile Brand
• Develop a strong rapport with customers
• Understand and execute sales budgets
• Follow the sale from concept to completion
• Track progress through reporting tools
• Maintain product sample displays and update product libraries
• Launch new product lines and educate the clients on all aspects of the product
• Conduct Lunch & Learn Presentations
• Able to take direction, promote and manage large projects
