What You'll do
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently during high-volume service
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth, fast, and fun
• Contribute ideas for menu specials and seasonal dishes
• Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Manage prep, stock rotation, and portion control to reduce waste
• Handle the pressure of busy shifts with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
What We're looking For
• Previous experience as a Chef or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant
• Passion for food, flavour, and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently during peak service times
• Strong communication and team-player mindset
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
