Majesty’s Pleasure is a premier beauty destination in Toronto, celebrated for elevated beauty services and an immersive guest experience. Every detail matters — from the atmosphere we create to the way our guests are welcomed. We are seeking poised, intuitive Hostess / Customer Care Representatives to join our front-of-house team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you set the tone. This role is designed for someone who moves with confidence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the art of hospitality within a luxury setting. You will guide the guest journey from arrival to departure with discretion, warmth, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and guide guests seamlessly to their assigned stations
Manage appointment bookings, seating flow, and guest coordination
Handle payments with accuracy and professionalism
Deliver elevated, personalized customer service
Support front-of-house operations, including bartending and bussing
Communicate effortlessly with the team to ensure a smooth, refined experience
Maintain a polished presence that reflects the brand at all times
Requirements
Previous service industry experience (required)
Smart Serve certification (required)
Ability to perform with grace in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Wednesdays and Thursdays availability is required
Flexible availability, including evenings
Assets
Hostess experience in a luxury or upscale environment
Bartending experience in a premium setting

Working closely with nail and spa technicians, the Concierge team helps create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere while delivering attentive hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in every interaction.
