We at True History are looking to expand our FOH team going into the late winter and the spring to help round out our staff.
We are looking to bring on an experienced server, ideally someone who has experience with high volume/fast paced service. The main duties required for this role are serving tables and providing warm and casual hospitality and working collaboratively with the BOH and rest of the FOH team to deliver warm, efficient, and hospitable service to all guests who enter the space.
SmartServe required for this role. Brewery experience, beer knowledge and high volume experience are an preferred but not necessary.
True History Brewing is a quaint little tap room and brewery that focuses on brewing traditional German style beers with an emphasis on lagers. Coupled with the incredible German beer is Beisl, our resident kitchen pop-up that is serving up some Viennese classics along with a broader menu of Austrian inspired bites as well.
