The Role: Manager, Corporate Brands

What you will be doing?:

• Collaborative partnership with Category Managers to deliver innovative corporate brand products that meet required financial targets.
• Deliver financial growth on all metrics for categories assigned and increase corporate brand penetration YOY.
• Negotiate vendor funding to support exit strategies where applicable, to ensure profitability on corporate brands.
• Develop the brand strategies across all corporate brands and positioning of products appropriately.
• Negotiate all contracts with suppliers. (in partnership with Mckesson) to secure optimal pricing and terms for the most cost-effective solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Oversee the development of private-label products from concept to market, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Partner with QA to ensure that products are meeting brand standards and required specifications.
• Collaborate with supply chain on managing inventory levels with review of inventory/in stock levels.

How you will succeed?:

• University degree majoring in Product Development, business, marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in product development, sourcing, merchandising, or retail management is required.
• Strong Collaboration and Negotiation Skills.
• Strong Innovative & Creative skills to develop product ideas & concepts in line with brands.
• Effective Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Financial acumen & Analytical skills with an understanding of financial concepts such as pricing, margins, and profitability analysis.
