We are an upscale Mediterranean grill looking for a true Service Veteran to anchor our front-of-house team. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and know how to deliver a polished, structured dining experience, we want you to help set the standard here. You will be a key player on the floor, bringing your expertise and steady pace to a fast-growing, dynamic dining room.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years of serving experience, highly preferring candidates with a background in structured, high-volume corporate environments (e.g., The Keg, Cactus Club, or similar).
• Standard-Setting: we need a seasoned pro who leads by example, keeps their cool during a rush, and naturally elevates the service standards of the room.
• Professionalism: Polished, reliable, and capable of delivering a flawless guest experience in an upscale setting.
