We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. As a Server you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies, polishing cutlery etc.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant is required
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for calculating bills and similar duties
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of cashiering procedures is a plus
