Job Description

Michael’s Back Door Restaurant is seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our fine dining kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative culinary environment and take pride in your craft, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen
* Food Handling Certification required
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Must be available weekends (Friday to Sunday)
