Job Description

Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal.

Profile: Our client sells both products and service contracts in the field of heavy equipment. We are looking for a hands-on branch manager who will manage the sales and service side of the business. Your primary role will be to sell service contracts and mange the service side of the branch. You will manage salespeople (who sell service contracts) and a service manager who has technicians reporting to them. You will have full P&L responsibility for your branch and will interact with the District Sales manager who has responsibility for key accounts and driving the sales reps' activities.

Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Montreal

Products/Services: Heavy equipment service contracts

Salary: $110,000-$120,000

Commissions/Bonus: 30% commissions

Car allowance: Vehicle + gas card provided

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions:

• Manage day to day sales and operations of branch in both Montreal and Quebec City
• Be responsible for full P&L of your branches
• Set and mange KPIs with salespeople
• Oversee all operations with service manager
• Coach, provide hands-on training and mentoring
• Ensure resolution of all customer complaints
• Interview, hire and retain top talent
• participate in required meetings

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 30% vs 70%

Languages: French and English needed

Education: University degree in business or equivalent work experience

Training: Full and thorough training program provided

Overnight Travel: Travel to Quebec City 1x/month

Years’ of experience: 8 years experience as a manager in service-related sales needed

• Ability and proven track record managing salespeople
• Demonstrated experience working with sales KPIs
• You have had a stable career thus far
