Description:
Our organization is actively seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to assume front-desk responsibilities. The chosen candidates will serve as the primary interface between our company and its clientele, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Additionally, they will disseminate pertinent information about our organization to the public, clients, and customers. Prior experience in sales is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Take messages
· Receive, answer and sort emails
· Communicate with sales leads
· Provide accurate, valid and complete service information
· Conduct follow-ups
· Enter records of customer interactions
· Collect payments
· Meet weekly sale targets
· Schedule appointments and classes
· Manage group class attendance lists
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, etc.
Requirements:
· Bilingual (French & English)
· Ability to work in a high paced environment
· Proven customer service and sales experience
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersSolid problem solving skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Proficient with Word, Excel etc
· Good team player
· Autonomous
· Available to work afternoon, nights and weekends
