Job Title: Bartender Reports To: Restaurant Director Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine love for creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: - Guest Service:o Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. - Take accurate and efficient drink orders.o Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks. - Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area.o Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. - Build rapport with regular guests to foster loyalty. Bar Operations: - Maintain adequate stock levels of all bar supplies. - Assist with inventory management and ordering. - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. - Comply with all liquor licensing regulations. - Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the bar area. Teamwork: - Collaborate effectively with other members of the service team. - Assist with other restaurant duties as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Responsible alcohol service and knowledge of liquor laws. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
