Responsibilities and Guest Relations: - Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. - Manage the waitlist efficiently, providing accurate wait times and communicating with guests effectively. - Seat guests promptly and courteously, ensuring tables are assigned appropriately based on party size and guest preferences. - Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. - Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times, creating a positive dining experience for all guests. Restaurant Operations: - Assist with the overall flow of service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests. - Communicate effectively with the service team regarding guest arrivals, table assignments, and any special requests. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a polished and inviting ambiance. - Assist with the preparation and maintenance of seating charts and reservations. - Assist with other duties as assigned, such as answering phones, assisting with special events.
